All our hosting, email and access plans
include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with
your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus
setup fees and/or usage charges) if you cancel service within 30
days of activation.
The following restrictions apply to refund eligibility:
- Add-on or custom services are not eligible.
- Account renewals are not eligible.
- Colocation services are not eligible.
- Reseller/Partner accounts are not eligible.
- No refunds are available after 30 days.

there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.
