Montevideo
The capital of Uruguay, and its only major city is well known as the intellectual, artistic and political center of the country, Montevideo is famous for its white sandy beaches, eclectic architecture, nightlife and street markets. The city features an incredible contrast between its old well preserved European atmosphere and the modern ones.

Day 1 - Meeting upon arrival at the Airport in Montevideo and transfer to selected hotel for overnight accommodations. Day 2 - Day at leisure to relax or take an optional excursion to Colonia, this old XVII Century Portugese City located 187 km from Montevideo, was recently declared a World Heritage by UNESCO or visit one of the Estancias for a first hand look at the one of the many (working ranches) in the area. Day 3 - Early morning transfer to Airport for departure flight. Punta del Este
Located just 140 Km. From Montevideo, it is a small Peninsula surrounded by the sea - on one side of the Atlantic Ocean at Playa Brava and at the other side the calm waters of the River Plate at Playa Mansa. Often referred to as the Monte Carlo of South America, Punta del Este offers beautiful beaches, luxurious stately homes, moder high rises all in a sophisticated atmosphere. This is the place for the sports enthusiast: surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing are all in abundance as well as polo, tennis and rugby matches. Punta del Este is the meeting place for the jet set, offering distinctive nightlife with nigthclubs, casinos, exquisite restaurants and pubs to suit every taste.
